12:23 a.m., Grand Marais: Complaint about
snowmobiles driving on Third Avenue West.
7:50 a.m., Tofte: Caller said there was a deer sitting by
the front door, unknown if it was injured or just hungry.
He gave it a bagel, but was unsure if the deer can get up.
9:02 a.m., Grand Portage: Parking complaint about a
vehicle left near Margaret’s Road for a couple weeks.
9:51 p.m., Grand Marais: The Highway department was
out sanding tar roads due to slippery and icy conditions.
Tuesday, April 1
7:10 a.m., Grand Marais: Caller said there is a manhole
cover off near the liquor store.
10:30 a.m., Grand Marais: A spinner from one of the
county’s plow trucks fell off and was found near a
driveway on the Gunflint Trail.
2:31 p.m., Grand Marais: Report that water was flowing
down Fifth Street due to a frozen storm sewer.
2:36 p.m., Lutsen: Report of dangerous black ice on Ski
Hill Road.
6:35 p.m., Grand Portage: A vehicle was abandoned on
the side of Eliza Road.
9:26 p.m., Grand Marais: Threats reported.

3:06 p.m., Tofte: Gas drive-off from Holiday.
3:50 p.m., Lutsen: Lost wallet reported.
4:49 p.m., Lutsen: Vehicle in the ditch off Ski Hill Road.
Thursday, April 3
9:42 a.m., Tofte: Snowmobile accident with injuries on
the Sawbill Trail.
11:56 a.m., Lutsen: Deer with a broken leg near Superior
National Golf Course.
8:28 p.m., Grand Marais: Dog bite victim.
11:14 p.m., Lutsen: Vehicle off the roadway on Ski Hill
Road.
11:24 p.m., Grand Marais: Vehicle in the ditch at mile
marker 106.

1:29 a.m., Lutsen: Truck in the ditch at Superior
National Golf Course.

two pieces of furniture with them.

running around in front of the library.

8:03 p.m., Tofte: Lost skier reported from the Oberg
Hiking Trail.

deer at Bents Road.
7:27 p.m., Grand Marais: Loose dog near Grand Marais
Pharmacy.
Sunday, April 6
2:18 a.m., Grand Marais: Someone skipped out on a bar
bill at Birch Terrace.
2:55 a.m., Grand Marais: Deer struck on the highway.
6:09 a.m., Grand Marais: Deer struck by a vehicle near
the Rec Park. It walked across the highway and kept
going.
8:14 a.m., Lutsen: Property damage reported at Caribou
Highlands.
8:58 a.m., Grand Marais: A deer that was struck by a
vehicle was at the Rec Park and needed to be dispatched.
11:05 a.m., Hovland: Deer struck by a vehicle at mile
marker 127.
11:55 a.m., Grand Marais: Fire reported in a stove, but it
was now out. However, the owners wanted someone to
come check it.
5:17 p.m., Grand Marais: Report that someone was
driving around with a child in his lap.
