Taking a cue from the governor, Cook County, along with communities across the State, took time to recognize county, city, and tribal public health and human services workers on Wednesday, Dec. 11 after Gov. Mark Dayton proclaimed it State Health and Human Services Workers Day in Minnesota.
“This is an opportunity to recognize the valuable work performed by all Cook County Public Health & Human Services (PHHS) staff throughout the year,” said Alison McIntyre, director – Cook County Public Health & Human Services.
