Cook County Higher Education offers mentoring program for K-12 students

Cook County Higher Education (CCHE) has expanded its mentoring program this year to include K-12 students. Historically, CCHE has offered this FREE program to Cook County residents enrolled in long distance education courses. Due to the pandemic, we are making our program more accessible to more students. If you or your child are having trouble with a subject, a project, a task or program, CCHE can help.

There are a lot of intelligent, experienced professionals living in Cook County. CCHE’s mentoring program matches you with an expert who can help you through your class, task or program. You can meet for up to 10 times a semester with your mentor for FREE (mentors are compensated by CCHE for their time).

At this time, we have moved all mentoring sessions on-line; the program is available for both K-12 and adult learners. Don’t hesitate to ask for help. If you are a parent or caregiver, feel free to reach out on behalf of your student. Contact our Outreach Coordinator, Carly Puch, at outreach@myCCHE.org or 218.387.3411 for more information.
