Sawtooth Mountain Clinic Foot Care Clinic
The Sawtooth Mountain Clinic and the Cook County
Department of Public Health & Human Services offer their
Foot Care Clinic at the Grand Marais Senior Center on the
third Tuesday of each month, from 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. First
come, first served. The cost is $10 for either location. Bring
your own soap, towel, and bucket to soak your feet. West
End Outreach Blood Pressure Screening will be available
when Birch Grove Clinic is open for patient care. Please call

John Rutter’s Requiem and
Easter portions of Handel’s Messiah
Will be performed this Sunday, April 17, Bethlehem Lutheran
Church, Grand Marais, 7:00 p.m. Performance includes chorus
and orchestra with local singers, musicians and musicians
from the Duluth Symphony and Met Opera Orchestra of
NYC. William Beckstrand, conductor/director. Freewill
offering. Come and enjoy this wonderful concert. It is bound

Preserving Food Safely
Exploring the Options is a workshop taught by Suzanne
Driessen, U of M Food Safety Extension Educator, on
Tuesday, April 19 from 5:00 – 8:30 p.m. at the Grand Portage
Community Center and on Wednesday, April 20 from 8:30
a.m. – noon at the Cook County Community Center in Grand
Marais. Cost is $10 and includes a home food preservation
book. Pre-registration requested by Friday, April 15 by
