9th Annual Easter Egg Event
Saturday, March 31 from 9:00 a.m. until noon at the Cook County Community Center. Come and have brunch with the Easter bunny, enjoy games and crafts, indoor ice skating, and at 10:30 a.m. will be the Easter Egg outdoor hunt! All families welcome to attend for a cost of $20. There will also be a raffle with $5 tickets and great prizes! All funds go to support the Snacks and Packs Backpack Program that provides our local youth with food on weekends, during school vacations and during the summer. Sawtooth Mountain Clinic Foot Care Clinic
The Sawtooth Mountain Clinic and Cook County Department of Public Health & Human Services offer their Foot Care Clinic at the Grand Marais Senior Center on the third Tuesday of each month, from 9 to 11 a.m. First come, first served. The cost is $10. Bring your own soap, towel, and bucket to soak your feet.
Blood Pressure and Glucose Screening
The Sawtooth Mountain Clinic and Cook County Department of Public Health & Human Services will be offering Blood Pressure and Blood Sugar screenings on Tuesday, April 3 at Cook County Whole Food Co-op from 9:15 -10:15 a.m. and at the Cook County Senior Center from 10:30 – 11:30 a.m. Blood pressures are free and blood sugars cost $3.
