Ski the Norpine “Lopper”
Saturday, February 22 – Meet at Cascade Lodge
10 a.m., with your lopper and skis! We’ll ski some
trails, clipping “face slappers” along the way. After
your ski, warm up with hot chocolate, cookies and
social time at Cascade Lodge. No cost. We’ll be
done about 2 p.m.

Blood Pressure and Glucose Screening
The Sawtooth Mountain Clinic and Cook County
Department of Public Health & Human Services
will be offering Blood Pressure and Blood Sugar
screenings on Tuesday, March 4 at the YMCA from
9:15-10:15 a.m. and at the Senior Center from
10:30-11:30 a.m. Blood pressures are free and blood

The Sawtooth Mountain Clinic and Cook County
Department of Public Health & Human Services
offer their Foot Care Clinic at the Grand Marais
Senior Center on the third Tuesday of each month,
from 9 to 11 a.m. First come, first served. The cost is
$10. Bring your own soap, towel, and bucket to soak
your feet.
