Borealis Chorale and Orchestra will begin on Monday,
Oct. 14. Orchestra at 6:15 p.m. and choir at 7:30 p.m.

The Sawtooth Mountain Clinic and Cook County
Department of Public Health & Human Services offer
their Foot Care Clinic at the Grand Marais Senior
Center on the third Tuesday of each month, from 9
-11 a.m. First come, first served. The cost is $10. Bring
your own soap, towel, and bucket to soak your feet.
Blood Pressure and Glucose Screening
The Sawtooth Mountain Clinic and Cook County
Department of Public Health & Human Services will be
offering Blood Pressure and Blood Sugar screenings
on Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at the Grand Marais
Pool from 9:15-10:15 a.m. and at the Senior Center
from 10:30-11:30 a.m. Blood pressures are free and
blood sugars cost $3. For more information please
