Sawtooth Mountain Clinic Foot Care Clinic
The Sawtooth Mountain Clinic and Cook County
Department of Public Health & Human Services offer
their Foot Care Clinic at the Grand Marais Senior
Center on the third Tuesday of each month, from 9 -11
a.m. First come, first served. The cost is $10. Bring your
own soap, towel, and bucket to soak your feet.

Blood Pressure and Glucose Screening
The Sawtooth Mountain Clinic and Cook County
Department of Public Health & Human Services
will be offering blood pressure and blood sugar
screenings on Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at the Grand
Marais Pool from 9:15-10:15 a.m. and at the Senior
Center from 10:30-11:30 a.m. Blood pressures are
free and blood sugars cost $3. For more information

2013 Cook County Citizen and
Senior Citizen of the Year Awards
Your nomination for these two separate special awards
should be an individual (or couple) who has made
Cook County a better place to live. Please provide the
following information: nominee name (or couple),
date of birth, marital status, number of children,
number of years lived in the county, work history
(retirement status-applicable), church affiliation,
offices held and when, member of organizations,
public offices held, current community involvement.
Statement of support by nominator. What is very
special about this person or couple. Please add other
items you believe to be important. Deadline: 12 noon
