Lake Superior North Watershed
monitoring meeting
Citizen volunteers are invited to take part in
an important study of the Lake Superior North
Watershed (from Silver Bay to Grand Portage) this
summer. Attend an interactive meeting to learn more

Sawtooth Mountain Clinic Foot Care Clinic

The Sawtooth Mountain Clinic and Cook County
Department of Public Health & Human Services offer
their Foot Care Clinic at the Grand Marais Senior
Center on the third Tuesday of each month, from
9:00-11:00 a.m. First come, first served. The cost is $10.
Bring your own soap, towel, and bucket to soak your

Blood Pressure and Glucose Screening

The Sawtooth Mountain Clinic and Cook County
Department of Public Health & Human Services
will be offering Blood Pressure and Blood Sugar
screenings on Tuesday, May 7, 2013 at the Grand
Marais Pool from 9:15-10:15 a.m. and at the Senior
Center from 10:30-11:30 a.m. Blood pressures are
free and blood sugars cost $3. For more information
