The Sawtooth Mountain Clinic and Cook County
Department of Public Health & Human Services offer
their Foot Care Clinic at the Grand Marais Senior
Center on the third Tuesday of each month, from
9:00-11:00 a.m. First come, first served. The cost is
$10. Bring your own soap, towel, and bucket to soak
your feet.

A Rain Garden Workshop will be held on Sun., May 5
from 1 – 5 p.m. at the CC Community Center. There
will be basic information provided along with the
hands-on opportunity to help design the new 50’ x
50’ rain garden located behind the CC Community

Blood Pressure and Glucose Screening
The Sawtooth Mountain Clinic and Cook County

will be offering Blood Pressure and Blood Sugar
screenings on Tuesday, May 7, 2013 at the Grand
Marais Pool from 9:15-10:15 a.m. and at the Senior
Center from 10:30-11:30 a.m. Blood pressures are
free and blood sugars cost $3. For more information
