CCLEP (Cook County Local Energy Project) public meeting CCLEP (Cook County Local Energy Project) announces a public meeting to discuss ideas on car pooling and ride sharing. It will be held on Thursday, 12/3 at 7 pm at the Community Center. CCLEP has been awarded a $4000 grant from the Lloyd K. Johnson Foundation to promote car pooling/ride sharing in Cook County.
