Sawtooth Mountain Clinic Foot Care Clinic
The Sawtooth Mountain Clinic and the Cook County
Department of Public Health & Human Services offer their
Foot Care Clinic at the Grand Marais Senior Center on the
third Tuesday of each month, from 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. First
come, first served. The cost is $10 for either location. Bring
your own soap, towel, and bucket to soak your feet. West
End Outreach Blood Pressure Screening will be available
when Birch Grove Clinic is open for patient care. Please call

Cook County Ridge Riders Schedule
Fun Run – Saturday, February 4. Register at Devil Track
Landing lower level 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. for first card,
then to Trail Center, Windigo, Hungry Jack, Gunflint Lodge,
and Gunflint Pines. Have lunch where you choose and get
last card at The Landing by 5:30 p.m. Games, food and drink
specials, prizes and entertainment. Money raised goes to the
Club!

Borealis Chorale and Orchestra rehearsals
Rutter Requiem rehearsals will begin on Monday, February
6th. Orchestra meets at 6:15 PM and choir meets at 7:30 PM.
Concerts will be on Palm Sunday, April 1 and Monday, April 2
at 7:00 PM. at Bethlehem Lutheran Church. Bill Beckstrand,

Come see Precious Waters
Everyone invited to a see the film Precious Waters which
explores the issue of proposed Sulfide Mining in Northeast
Minnesota on Monday Jan. 30th at 7:00 P.M. at the First
Congregational Church (lower level), 2nd St. & 3rd Ave. West,
Grand Marais. Friends of the BWCA will introduce the film
