I am writing in reference to the letter from Bob LaMettry in the June 5, 2021, issue where he suggests a better way for clearing under the power lines.
“Perhaps we could create a few good paying local jobs to do that work” which will keep funds in our local community. Assistance from the EDA and Chamber of Commerce in this endeavor will help keep agro-chemicals out of our environment.
I encourage everyone in Cook County to support these ideas.
