Cindy Lee Henneman,





 

 

Cindy Lee Henneman, 63, Appleton, passed away on May 23, 2014, at her home, with her family at her side.

The former Cindy Trotter was born on July 3, 1950 in Rockford, Illinois to Thomas and Donna (Ecklund) Trotter. She graduated from Guilford High School in Rockford and then attended Rock Valley School of Nursing.

After nursing school she was employed with Swedish American Hospital in Rockford. On October 18, 1969 Cindy married Rodney Henneman at Bethesda Covenant Church in Rockford. Cindy loved her family most of all. Her children and grandchildren were her life.

Throughout her life, Cindy battled many illnesses but she was always patient and would never complain.

She will be sadly missed by her husband Rod; children Kim (Dave) Keto, Oconomowoc, Jen (Ian) Lewellin, Janesville and John (Brook) Henneman, Grand Marais; grandchildren T.J. Brady, Haley Brady, Kobe Lewellin, Boston Henneman, Owin Lewellin, Trinity Henneman, Delaney Keto, Asher Henneman, Harper Henneman and Genesis Henneman; mother Donna Trotter; sister Carla (Chris) Wright and aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by a sister Connie Trotter and her father Tom Trotter. Memorial Service for Cindy will be held on Friday, May 30, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 2330 East Calumet Street in Appleton with Rev. Gary Nokleberg officiating. Visitation will be at the church on Friday from 9 to 11 a.m.

The family would like to thank the nurses and staff of Affinity Visiting Nurses Hospice, Dr. Joseph Graunke and Dr. Eric Gowing for the care given to Cindy.
