Susan Spies, facility manager at Carefree Living Silver Bay, today announced that a Christmas Tea will be held on Sunday, December 18, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., in celebration of the facility’s one-year anniversary. The event will be open to the public. In keeping with the holiday spirit, we are asking those who attend to bring a non-perishable food item for the local food shelf. Carefree Living’s address is 36 Bell Circle in Silver Bay.
“As we approach the one-year anniversary of opening Carefree Living Silver Bay, we would like to express our sincere thanks and gratitude to the City of Silver Bay and its residents for welcoming us to the community,” said Spies. “We would be privileged to have people join us on December 18 to celebrate this milestone with some Christmas treats.
“Especially for people who have not yet had an opportunity to tour our facility, we would love to showcase the beautifully painted panorama of the North Shore produced by teacher Erich Richter and his art students,” said Spies.
Apartments in Carefree Living’s Assisted Living and Memory Care areas are still available.
