Cooperation Station (CS) is celebrating 20 years of providing quality childcare in Cook County. CS opened its doors in 1999 by a committed team of parents and community members working together to develop a unique model for quality and consistent childcare in the Grand Marais area.
Cooperation Station is licensed as a Family Child Care home, but is unique in that it is not the home of a single caregiver, but in a home that is owned by CS, a not-for-profit 501(c)3 corporation.
As an organization Cooperation Station is committed to keeping childcare affordable for our families and paying our providers a living wage. This combination of values means that we must rely on outside funding from grants and fundraising in order to sustain us as an organization. This is where your community support is crucial.

The celebration will take place on Wednesday, Nov.13 from 5-9 p.m. at Voyageur Brewing Company.
