Carol Dorothy Fritsch (née Koch) age 88, passed away peacefully on January 23rd, 2022 in Bloomington, Minnesota.
Carol was born in Pipestone, Minnesota in 1933. She earned her nursing degree from the Lutheran Deaconess Hospital School of Nursing and went on to work as an RN for several hospitals in the Twin Cities area. She later retired with her husband to their much-loved cabin on Tait Lake near Lutsen. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Carl, her parents, and sisters, Norma and Marlys. Survived by sister, Roseanne; children, Nancy, Carl, Michael and Timothy; grandchildren Ben, Allison, Josephine and Jacqueline.
Memorial services will be held Saturday May 7th, 1 p.m. at Lutsen Evangelical Lutheran Church, 5307 Highway 61, Lutsen, Minnesota 55612, interment to follow the service.
