Iowa native Caitlin Nicol-Thomas is a singer, songwriter, musician and actress based in Nashville since 2007. She is a veteran of the Nashville honky-tonk circuit, and has also toured the country (and several areas of the world) with artists such as Miranda Lambert, Brad Paisley, Dolly Parton, Don Williams, Pam Tillis, Blake Shelton, Easton Corbin, Lorrie Morgan and many others. Among her recordings so far are her debut solo release “Troubled Times” (2008), and releases from her band The Thread, “I Believe In Love” (2018) and “House On Fire” (2020). Caitlin has also led a busy life in the acting field, working as the female lead or direct supporting role in four feature films to date, along with several television series appearances, including the role of Jessie in the HBO series “Nashville”. She continues to balance her music and acting career activities, and enjoys vacationing in northern Minnesota when she is ready for an escape.
Lutsen Minnesota-raised Al Oikari, Cook County High School Class of 1974, is an oft-requested asset for live performances and studio projects, working as a multi-instrumentalist and producer for over 40 years, often in balance with his “legit” former career as an engineering specialist in various high-tech corporations. He has assembled original music soundtracks for educational programs, media advertising, and full-length planetarium productions. As a performer, Al has toured 49 USA states extensively (“Hello, Hawaii?!?”), as well as Canada, Japan, and the Caribbean. These days he is likely best known as the long-time keyboardist, lap steel player, and studio rat for the Minnesota jam band “Big Wu”.
