The National Park Service (NPS) is soliciting proposals for a concession contract to provide overnight lodging, food and beverage service, retail sales, and marina services within Isle Royale National Park. The visitor services would be provided in the park at Rock Harbor and Windigo and on board the Ranger III.
The prospectus (CC-ISRO002-20) explains the business opportunity and the terms and conditions under which the NPS will award the concession contract. The NPS director has determined no preferred offeror for the draft contract exists according to 36 CFR Part 51.
The NPS did not conduct a site visit; however, a pictorial document featuring components of the concession operations is available upon request. The service encourages anyone interested in the prospectus to conduct their own due diligence and research Isle Royale National Park and the concession operations included under this contract opportunity.

All offers must be received by the NPS at the address listed on the inside front cover of the prospectus no later than 4 p.m. Central Time January 15, 2019, to be evaluated and considered for an award of the concession contract.
