Tracy Benson will present Are You at Risk? Business Planning for Uncertainty on Wednesday, April 27 at the Pie Place.
As a small business owner, you are your business…so what if tomorrow you aren’t there to open the “front door”? Have you made time to play out this scenario and make an action plan? At this luncheon presentation, Benson will help you assess and analyze your business risk should the un-welcomed event occur. In addition, she will help us take a big picture look at creating an action plan and discuss common planning assumptions.
Benson has over 20 years of experience as the “advisors’ advisor” for financial planning and investment strategies with Ameriprise Financial. She has prepared financial plans for both large and small businesses, and has delivered financial planning training throughout the country. Benson has returned to Cook County and is now employed at the family business, Buck’s Hardware.
The Cook County Business Network luncheon is sponsored by Cook County Higher Education and the Northeast Entrepreneur Fund’s Women’s Business Network. All people interested in learning more about business risk analysis and planning for uncertainty are invited to attend the luncheon. The presentation and lunch will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The cost for the luncheon and presentation is $12.
