Anne Brataas, editor and publisher for BorealCorps, the Youth Digital Media Project of Minnesota Children’s Press, won a scholarship valued at $800 which will allow her to attend a two-day Zoom conference sponsored by MIT and the Harvard Business School on the role of technology in the future of work.
The two-day session will be June 8-10.
Called EmTech Next, the conference will examine technology and leadership in today’s real-time environment of disruption, providing new insights into strategies for the new work and new opportunities brought forth by innovation.
The program will feature experts from Amazon, Cisco, Google, Merc, and the World Economic Forum. Rather than lecture driven, the speakers will emphasize dialogue over monologue and encourage interaction with speakers, editors, and attendees.
