Birch Grove Community School is happy to introduce two new school board members, Jackie Dillenbeck and Plamen Dimitrov. Both live on the West End and have children who attend Birch Grove.
“We feel it is necessary to have parents on our board. It gives us a perspective that can be quite valuable when making decisions, especially when it comes to programming. We never want to lose parent input,” said school director Diane Blanchette. “We also appreciate the energy that comes with new members. Sometimes we need that.”
The new board members join Judy Motschenbacher, Skip Lamb, Colleen Brennan, Natalie Shaw and Dave Erickson.
