Birch Grove Community School kids get a good look at outer space

 

EXPLORADOME, a traveling planetarium from the Bell Museum in Minneapolis, visited Birch Grove Community School and exhibited the following shows:

Saplings (ages 3-5): Observations of the Sky.

Kindergarten: Observations of the Sky.

First Grade: Observations of the Sky.

Second Grade: Zoom! From the Earth to the Edge of the Universe.

Third Grade: Zoom! From the Earth to the Edge of the Universe.

Fourth & Fifth Grade: Mars: The Ultimate Voyage (this paired well with STARBASE Minnesota: Destination MARS program that 4/5 participated in earlier this year!).

Staff and students alike were amazed by these informative and visually stunning shows. We hope that the experience was magical and sparked imagination and a desire to explore in these young minds!
