Better your management skills

The Duluth Superior Area Community Foundation has a new Small Business Education Scholarship.

Eligible candidates are small business owners and non-profits, family members and key employees who have been in business for six months and who may potentially employ at least three full-time equivalent employees. Financial need is not a factor.

Financial assistance will cover 80 percent tuition reimbursement for business/management related classes up to a maximum of $1,000 per scholarship.

Classes can be taken at most local schools, colleges or learning institutes, including online, ITV or onsite courses.

Applications are available at www.dsacommunityfoundation. com/cms/files/ SBEApplication.pdf or calling the Community Foundation at (218) 726-0232, or stop by Cook County Higher Education for more information.
