Auditions for Alice in Wonderland will be held Monday, February 6 at 5:30 – 7:00 p.m. Auditions are open from grades 6 to adult.
Rehearsals are scheduled for Monday – Friday 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. beginning February 8.
The schedule will vary per role. A specific rehearsal schedule will be distributed at first rehearsal. On accepting a role, each cast member agrees to attend all relevant rehearsals unless agreed at the time of the audition with the production team.
This production also needs technical support. A production schedule will be developed to create the set, props, costumes, soundscape and lighting for this show. Please contact the Playhouse to be added to the production team email list.

Performances are April 13-16 and 20-23.
2023 summer theater camp
The Grand Marais Playhouse will be holding a theater camp June 12-22, 2023, for ages 10 – 17. Camp will run Monday through Thursday 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Theater camp will develop up to two plays that will perform the last Thursday of camp. Participants will be involved in all areas of production including set, costumes, lights, props, painting and sound as well as acting in the productions and being part of the running crew. The cost of the camp is $250. A limited number of scholarships are available.
Camp instructor is Sue Hennessy. She will be assisted by student interns and community members.
