Baby Boy Smith, infant son of Kristi Humphrey and Jed Smith was born early and died on September 2, 2015 in Duluth.
In addition to his parents, he will be forever held in the hearts of his grandparents Cheryl and George Humphrey and Todd Smith and Betty Smith and sister, Allie.
