I served on the Arrowhead Co-Op (AC) board for 12 years ending in 2016, the last four with Mike Littfin.
Mike is on the AC ballot seeking another three-year term and I encourage AC members to vote for Mike so he can continue the excellent job he has done representing member interests at AC and at GRE as AC’s representative.
Mike has a couple of qualities that are all too rare on boards, he is more interested in listening to what is being said than being the speaker and when he decides on a course of action he successfully builds a consensus among his peers because they respect his judgment. This combination makes for effective leadership and sound decisions.
While I served with Mike many of the positive actions taken by the board were a direct result of his leadership and his ability to bring people along with his vision of what was best for AC and its members. Returning Mike to the board will ensure that this quality leadership remains in place for another three years.
Please vote for Mike when your ballot arrives in the coming days.
