Members of the Cook County School District Education Foundation are ready to once again host the EATS program in support of the schools, students and community.
This year’s event will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. March 13 at the high school. Tickets, which are limited to 150, are available at Java Moose, Blue Water Café or from any Foundation board member at a cost of $25.
EATS – Enriching Academics Through Sustenance – is uniquely designed to allow participants to partake in a delectable array of samples from local restaurants and food vendors. A silent auction and musical entertainment are also part of the evening’s festivities.
As of March 3, participating vendors included Blue Water Café, The Landing at Devil Track, Cook County Whole Foods Co-op, My Sister’s Place, Moguls Grille, Sven & Ole’s, Naniboujou Lodge and Restaurant, Java Moose, Gunflint Mercantile, Cascade Lodge Restaurant and Pub, and Coho Café and Bakery.
For more information contact the school at (218) 387-2271 or any Education Foundation member.
