Because of problems with a folding machine at the printer, many copies of the February 5, 2011 issue of the Cook County News- Herald were sent out badly damaged. Although we were unaware of this until after the papers were delivered, we apologize to any readers who received a torn copy. We have discussed the situation with the printer and have been assured that this will not happen again.
