Ann Marie Wishcop Dodge, formerly of Duluth and Superior, Wis., died Dec. 3, 2011 at the Berthoud Living Center in Berthoud, Colo.
Ann was born Sept. 21, 1924 in Hibbing to Walter and Mabel (Carlson) Enghusen. She lived in Grand Marais for 25 years before moving to Duluth. She and husband Walter Dodge moved from Duluth to the Pattison Park area in 1977, and to Superior in 1981.
Ann was an avid competitive golfer who won several tournaments. She belonged to women’s and couples golf leagues at Nemadji and Pattison Park. She also bowled in couples leagues.
She was a member of St. John’s Catholic Church in Grand Marais, where she and her first husband, Clyde Wishcop, helped build the church.
She was preceded in death by husbands Clyde Wishcop and Walter Dodge; son Patrick Wishcop and grandson Forrest Wishcop; sisters Jeanette Currie, Lois Richards and Lorraine Clark; and brother James Enghusen.
Ann is survived by sons Bruce (June) Wishcop of San Tan Vly, Ariz., Steve (Becky) Wishcop of Berthoud, Colo. and Michael of Minnesota; daughters Sharon (Tod) Chadwick of Duluth and Margaret (Eddie) Gerensek of Breckenridge, Minn.; 20 grandchildren; and 15 greatgrandchildren.
A private service was held in Colorado.
