Anderson named to dean’s list at Lake Superior College




In January, Lake Superior College announced its fall semester dean’s list. Named to the list was Gunnar Anderson of Grand Marais.

In the announcement of the dean’s list, Mark Magnuson, Ph.D. , vice president of academic and student affairs, wrote, “On behalf of the faculty, staff, and the administration at Lake Superior College, I would like to congratulate you on your outstanding achievement during the fall semester 2012 and earning a place on the deans’ list You can be proud of your hard work and achievement.

“Whether this is your first time or not, this accomplishment shows a sincere and profound commitment as a student to your learning and to the goals you are working hard to achieve. You have distinguished yourself among your peers,” said Magnuson.

Gunnar is the son of Jessica Gilbertson and Kent Anderson. He graduated from Cook County High School in 2012.
