Addie Gecas of Grand Marais has received the Chancellor’s Award for the fall 2010 semester at UW-Stout, Wisconsin’s Polytechnic University in Menomonie.
She is the daughter of Greg and Barb Gecas of Grand Marais.
The university has a long-standing reputation of serving business, industry, education and the helping professions through its specialized educational programs. The preliminary estimate for this year’s enrollment is 9,312.
