Do you love to color? Do you love to paint? Local artists Nancy and Amy Lucas from the 321 Art Studio will be at the Grand Marais Library on Tuesday, October 20 at 4 p.m. to guide artists through the step-by-step process to create a Minnesota autumn landscape with Neocolor crayons and then transform the drawing into a water color style painting with a bit of water.
This family program is fun for all ages. Preschool age children will need the help of a parent or grandparent while those older will enjoy the opportunity to learn basic drawing techniques and color blending. Then use what you have learned to create your own masterpiece.
Make this a family adventure and explore creative ways to express yourself with Neocolor crayons and water!
This program, sponsored by Arrowhead Library System, was funded in part or in whole with money from Minnesota’s Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.
