With the Fisherman’s Picnic right around the corner the tennis courts at the high school will be very busy as players prepare for the Fisherman’s Picnic tennis tournament.
The three-day tourney will be held August 4-6 and will draw top female and male amateur singles and doubles players from all over the state.
Sponsored by the Cook County Tennis Association, this will be the 46th annual tournament.
Older players will compete in their age groups if they so desire. There will be a men’s bracket, women’s bracket and mixed doubles bracket.
