On a very cold, very windy Tuesday, February 22 evening, around 5:30 p.m. which wasn’t fit for man nor beast, the Grand Marais Public Utility Commission (PUC) workers were busy fixing a force main break on the street next to the Cook County Whole Foods Co-op. “Thankfully we have a diligent crew,” said Communication’s Director Patrick Knight.
