Jean Brislance reported that, “Our first White-crowned Sparrow showed up on Wednesday, September 22nd. We only get to see these birds for brief periods in the spring and fall on their way to and from their nesting grounds in northern Canada. This photo is of an immature White-crowned Sparrow, and it hung out in our yard for a couple days.”
