Leif Andrew Sande of Grand Marais was among the 747 students to graduate from North Dakota State University in fall 2011. Leif received a master of science in civil engineering. Leif is a 2005 graduate of Cook County High School. He is the son of Nancy and Steve Sande of Grand Marais.
